Join us for a timely briefing with Bob Holcomb, Vice President of Legislative and Regulatory Affairs at Empower, who will break down the fresh-from-Washington developments emerging in the new year.

Is momentum building in Congress for a SECURE 3.0 package in 2026? Several proposals are already circulating, including enhanced auto-enrollment features, lowering the minimum age for ERISA plan participation to 18, and permitting CITs in 403(b) plans. Bob will discuss the status of current retirement plan legislation and its potential impact on plan sponsors, service providers, and participants.
